Welcome to Luphia.co.uk, a website owned and operated by MK Kokoroni Ltd (the company), a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom with a company registration number of 7445698 trading as Luphia by MK Kokoroni. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy governs MK Kokoroni Ltd’s relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

Definitions

a) “Luphia by MK Kokoroni” or “MK Kokoroni Ltd” are referred to as "we" or "us" in these terms and conditions.

b) "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays

c) “Get In Touch” means the form that you can use to contact us directly. It can be found in the bottom of each webpage.

 

1) The Website and Content Usage

All content in our website such as texts, graphics, logos and images are the properties of the company. We try to ensure that all information on the website is as accurate as possible but rare mistakes can happen. Should something appear to be incorrect, please do not hesitate to Get In Touch with us, and we will rectify it as soon as possible. We take photographs of the actual products to ensure the photos are as close to the actual product as possible. Please note that due to different screens and digital devices, some colours may appear different than the actual item. Sometimes different monitors and display settings may display colour of the images on screen differently. We are unable to make any guarantee that the colour display on your monitor will be the same as the actual product received. We try to be as accurate as possible on sizes of all products. All measurement provided are measured by hand hence cannot be exact, but do provide a very good guide. If you have more queries about the goods that you are interested in, please do not hesitate to Get In Touch. We advise you to check on this page often, as we may change the content from time to time. MK Kokoroni Ltd reserves the rights to amend the contents of this website without giving any notice.

 

2) Prices

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. We welcome overseas customers and we ship internationally. However please ensure payment is made in Pounds Sterling and not any other currency. Prices do not include the cost of postage and packing (will be calculated in your Shopping Bag before you check out).

 

3) Ordering

All orders through the website are processed with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to order and all major debit and credit cards are accepted. With Industry-leading fraud prevention expertise and 24/7 transaction monitoring, paying through Paypal is easy and safe. Please take extra care when entering your details like full address, postcode and e-mail address as incomplete details will delay the order. Please note that we only process the Order(s) after the payment is confirmed and received.

 

4) Packing

All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours (if stock permitting), to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. All orders are packed carefully inside a clear plastic bag, and sent in either in a bubble envelope or a polythene mailing bag. Postage and packing (P&P) cost starts from £2.99 and is free* for total order value above £80. Details please see Clause 5.

It usually takes 2 - 3 working days but please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. Delivery on Monday – Friday (excluding public holiday) only.

UK Standard Delivery

It usually takes within 2 - 3 working days but please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. Delivery on Monday – Friday (excluding public holiday) only.

Special Next Day Delivery

› P&P £9.25 per delivery

This guarantees the next day delivery providing we receive your order before 12 noon. Delivery on Monday – Friday (excluding public holiday) only. If your order place on by 12 noon Friday, the delivery will be the next working day.

European Destinations:

Please allow up to 7 working days for your delivery. Delivery on Monday – Friday (excluding public holiday) only.

Option 1:

Royal Mail Airsure Small Packets - your order will be tracked electronically to the point of delivery. You will be given the tracking number as soon as we have posted your order. Please use Trace & Trace on www2.royalmail.com/track-trace to find out when your item has been delivered. Only certain countries have Airsure service and they are: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Irish Republic, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

› per delivery P&P from £9.50 for the 1st item and £1.50 for every item added thereon

› FLAT rate £19.00 for total order value above £250 (may split in 2 or more packages but only one flat rate applies)

 

Option 2:

Royal Mail International Signed For Small Packets - your order will be electronically tracked only up to the point they leave the UK. We retain all receipts as proof of posting. For all countries where Airsure Small Packets is not available, this is 2nd best option is available.

› FLAT rate £17.00 for total order value above £250 (may split in 2 or more packages but only one flat rate applies)

 

Option 3 (only for total Order value up to £50):

Airmail small packets - These items are normal airmail with no tracking and no insurance included. Hence we only offer this option for order value up to £50.00.

› per delivery P&P from £2.95 for the 1st item and £1.20 for every item added thereon (only available for total order value up to £50)

 

Worldwide destinations:

We will happily ship your goods to most destinations worldwide. We will post your purchase(s) within 2 working days after you have placed the Order. It then normally takes from 5 - 14 working days to reach the destination depends on the nominated courier's normal delivery service times from the UK to the given shipping address. We cannot guarantee the delivery time.

#Option 1:

Royal Mail Airsure Small Packets - your order will be tracked electronically to the point of delivery. You will be given the tracking number as soon as we have posted your order. However there are only certain countries have Airsure service: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA

For countries where Airsure Small Packets is not available, we will use International Signed For small packets instead - These items are electronically tracked only up to the point they leave the UK. We retain all receipts as proof of posting.

Option 2 (only for total Order value up to £50):

Airmail small packets - These items are normal airmail with no tracking and no insurance included. Hence we only offer this option for order value up to £50.00.

Import duties & taxes
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. If any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. MK Kokoroni Ltd has no control over these charges and customs policies vary from country to country. Therefore MK Kokoroni Ltd cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are strongly advised to contact your local customs office.

 

6) Returns & Exchange Policy

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

Change of Mind

If you are not completely happy/ satisfied, or just simply change of mind with your purchase, we do offer 14-day hassle free money back guarantee for your peace of mind. To qualify this, you must Get In Touch with us within 7 days after you received the item(s) with the subject “Item(s) Return” and state the reason(s) of returning. Then send us back the *original and unused* item(s) within 14 days from the receipt of your order, for a full refund of the value of the item. The parcel and its contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the goods and will process the refund normally within 10 working days should the returned item(s) are in the abovementioned conditions*. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. We regret to say we are unable to refund the initial and return delivery costs due to change of mind orders.

* Original and Unused – We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging. Original tag(s) should not be removed and goods returned with the original packaging. When trying on items of clothing, please make sure you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

Faulty or Damaged Order

If you are returning due to this unfortunate circumstance that goods are damaged or faulty, you must first Get In Touch with us with the subject “Faulty/ Damaged Item(s) Return”. We carefully inspect every item before they are sent. Therefore if there is any damaged found when you receive the item, we strongly advise you to take a photo of the faulty/ damaged part if possible for proof of faulty/damage, with the packaging and email us within 24 hours of receipt of the products as proof. Then return it to us within 14 working days from the day you receive the item(s). The full purchased value and the initial delivery cost on damaged or faulty goods will be refunded once the goods have been checked by a member of MK Kokoroni Ltd. We try to be as accurate as possible on sizes and colours. We only take photos on the actual products. However colour could be varied due to different screens and digital devices, some colours may appear different than the actual item. Sometimes different monitors and display settings may display colour of the images on screen differently. If you are not entirely satisfied with the actual items colour as compared to the photos, we regret that we are unable to take this reason as faulty/ damaged order but please refer to Change of Mind term above.

Late, cancelled or missed

Customers who place orders using a next day special delivery service of £9.25 which do not arrive by the specified time will be able to make claim to a refund on the delivery cost, each individual case will be down to the discretion of MK Kokoroni Ltd. We regret that deliveries missed due to the customer not being present to receive and sign for their order will not be entitle to a refund and in some cases may be charged an additional delivery cost.

Exchanges

We carry limited inventory, therefore we regret that we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please see our return policy. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to Get In Touch with us.

Sales Item

Sales items 40% and above are not refundable. However if the item is damaged/ faulty, you must first Get In Touch with us with the subject “Sales Item Damage/Faulty” and send us a photo on the damages/ faulty item. We may offer further reduction on credit refund basis on case by case basis.

Pre Order Items

We usually take 14 (up to 21) working days to deliver Pre Order item(s). In an unlikely event that the products that you have pre-ordered are no longer available, we will refund you all the payment made to us in full including p&p.

However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your Pre-Order after we have placed the order with our supplier(s), a 5% processing fee of the †actual price† will be charged and deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded. To qualify this, you must first Get In Touch with us with the subject “Pre Order cancel request”.

Please note that Pre Order Items are not refundable as we only order the Pre Order item(s) upon customer’s request. However if you are not entirely satisfied about the item you received, you can still send it back to us and we will offer you a special credit code for the purchase value of the item (exclude P&P). You can use this credit in your next shopping. To qualify this, please simply Get In Touch with us with the subject “Pre-Order Item return”. Then send us back the *original and unused* item(s) within 7 days from the receipt of your order. The parcel and its contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot offer the credit refund if the items are damaged, lost or delayed during transit.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the goods and to process the credit refund normally within 10 working days should the returned item(s) are in the abovementioned conditions*. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

7) Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will never trade, loan, rent, sell or give away any of your details. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, i.e. processing an order and shipping your package to your address. Occasionally we may send you an e-mail on new products at the website that you might be interested in, if you do not wish to receive such emails, please simply unsubscribing in our website or just Get In Touch with us of your request.

 

8) Intellectual property

All elements of the Luphia website, including all the artworks, designs, product photos, are protected by copyright. We have gained the right to use any product photos that were not our own from the suppliers. Any form of copying or using the elements from this website is strictly forbidden without permission.
