We try to ensure that all information on the website is as accurate as possible but rare mistakes can happen. Should something appear to be incorrect, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@luphia.co.uk, and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
Please note that due to different screens and digital devices, some colours may appear different than the actual item, we take photographs of the actual products to ensure the photos are as close to the actual product as possible. All sizes are measured by hand hence cannot be exact, but do provide a very good guide.
Prices
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. We welcome overseas customers but please ensure payment is made in Pounds Sterling and not any other currency. Prices do not include the cost of postage and packing.
Postage and Packaging - we ship internationally!
All postage and packing costs are calculated on the weight of your purchases, rather than a fixed price, this ensures that customers do not over pay. We only charge you what the postal service charges us.
All UK orders will be either sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (usually by next working day) or special next day delivery, all international orders will be sent either by normal Airmail or Airsure – Tracked and Signed For, typical delivery time to Europe is 2-3 working days, and 4-5 working days for Rest of the World. We recommend Airsure over Airmail, although Airmail is cheaper, it is not tracked, hence we are not responsible if the parcel is lost. However we retain all receipts as proof of posting.
All orders are packed carefully inside a clear plastic bag, and sent in a large padded envelope. In the event that a large order has been placed, we might send your order in separate packages. This is simply to ensure that if the packages get lost then we are able to claim back the insurance and refund you the full payment and P&P.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
Guide of Delivery Cost
All delivery charges depend on the location & weight of package. As a guide, UK 1st Class Recorded delivery start from £2.50, special next day delivery and Saturday delivery is also available. Airsure delivery to Europe start from £5.50, and Airsure delivery to Rest of World ranges from £6.50. Airmail prices are cheaper. Ordering
All orders through the website are processed with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to order and all major debit and credit cards are accepted. With Industry-leading fraud prevention expertise and 24/7 transaction monitoring, paying through Paypal is easy and safe.
Please take extra care when entering your details like full address, postcode and e-mail address, incomplete details will delay the order.

Returns & Refunds
We would happily accept any returns made within 7 working days after the day you receive the item or items, provided they are in their original condition* and have not been damaged in anyway.
Please contact us first with "Item(s) Return" in the subject area before posting the item or items back to us. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage and are also responsible if the package gets lost before it reaches us. Hence we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.

*When trying on items of clothing, please make sure you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
