FAQ

1. Where are your products come from? Are they genuine?

All our products are imported from South Korea except UK designers’ products. They are all genuinely made in Korea unless otherwise stated. We also stock products from the UK award winning designers ~ Gorjuss and Disaster Designs.

 

2. Why they are some labelled as “made in China”?

Whist all of our products are designed and imported from Korea, there are minority of the products are made in China because it was made in the factory in China set up by the Korean. According to the law, they have to stick in the label where the item is made. However please be rest assured the quality are not compromised as the manufacturing sites are controlled by the Korean designers. Having said that, it is extremely low level of “made in China” items and you can always get in touch if you are not sure of that.

 

3. Are the photos taken from the actual products?

They are 100% taken from the actual products. It may vary in colour between the real item and from the website due to the lighting when taking the photo and also the screen colour setting on each computer screen.

 

4. How do I place an order?

The order process is very straight forward.

a) Shop in each category and select the item that you like and click “buy it” button.

b) After you have finished shopping, just click on the big blue “Shopping Bag” on the top right above the wardrobe, and review the items in the shopping bag.

c) You can edit your order by adding or omitting item that you have added in the shopping bag. Just click “Update Cart” after you have amended the cart. If you like to continue shopping, just click our big logo flag on the left top corner “Luphia by MK Kokoroni” and it will bring you back to the Homepage.

d) If you are now happy with the item(s) in the Shopping Bag, click Checkout.

e) In Checkout page, you will need to fill out all the information required and then click calculate the shipping cost.

f) The shipping costs are automatically calculated. If there are options of shipping method, please select the method that you prefer for us to deliver to you. (Free UK standard delivery for order over £79.99)

g) If you have a discount code but have not entered yet, enter it here and click “apply”. The total order sum will be recalculated.

h) If you have comment to make regarding the order, please state it on Order Comment.

i) Click Review Order – Check carefully all the details especially email and address that you have entered. Wrong information will lead to delay in order and most importantly the items might be sent to the wrong address or returned. If everything is ok, click “Submit Order”. If not, just click “back”.

j) After you have submitted the Order, it will bring you to PayPal page to proceed with payment. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. All major credit cards are accepted.

k) After you have made a payment, you will hear from us within 24 hours about the progress of your order.

 

5. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

It is possible if we have not processed or posted your item. Please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do. You will still qualify for saving in postage on multi buying, and FREE delivery if the total order value adds up to over £79.99 if you are in the UK).

 

6. Payment method – why do you only use PayPal?

PayPal is one of the safest and secured ways of shopping online. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make the payment and all the major credit cards are accepted in PayPal.

 

7. Will you pass our details to any other companies?

Absolutely not. We will not trade or pass your details to any other companies or 3rd parties.

 

8. Which courier do you use for delivery?

We mainly use Royal Mail to ship at the moment.

 

9. How long will my order take to arrive?

If you are in the UK, it normally arrives to you in 2 – 3 working days and should not take more than 5 working days unless there are some unforeseen circumstances that might delay the post for instant extreme weather or strike.

If you are outside the UK, it normally arrives to you between 5 – 10 working days depends on the destination country.

10. Do you deliver overseas?

11. What do I do if I have problem with my delivery?

Please get in touch and we will assist you in any possible way to track your item.

 

12. I really like one of your products but I am not sure if it fits me, can you help?

We are more than happy to give further information of the item(s) that you are interested and provide any possible help to assist you in deciding if the item suits/ fits you. Just get in touch with us.

 

13. Are the items shown on your website in stock?

All items featured on our website are in stock. Out of Stock items will be stated clearly and you will not be able to purchase out of stock items to avoid any disappointment. The stock level in the system is auto-functioning so it is a live stock level check. So do shop with confident ^ ^

 

14. Can I find out if you will be re-stocking on those "Out of Stock" items?

Please get in touch and we will advise based on the item that you enquire.

 

15. How if I don't want to keep the item that I purchased?

If you are not completely happy/ satisfied, or just simply change of mind with your purchase, we do offer 14-day hassle free money back guarantee for your peace of mind. Please read our Terms & Conditions clause 6 for more details.

 

16. How if the item I received is defect?

We carefully inspect every item before they are sent. However if there is any passed our eyes, we will offer you either full refund or goodwill discount. We do need to see the proof of the defect. Therefore if there is any defect found when you receive the item, we strongly advise you to take a photo of the faulty/ damaged part if possible for proof of faulty/damage. For more details, please read our Terms & Conditions clause 6.

 

17. Why mostly your clothing are only one/ free size?

Most clothing made in Korea are come in one/ free size. They design based on the majority size in Korea/ Asia. However we do also notice that the most popular size in the most UK high street brand is 8 – 12. We are a new launched boutique and we stick to one niche market at the moment. However if we receive more requests later for bigger size, we will take this into consideration too.

 

18. What do you mean by one/ free size?

One/Free size normally means UK size 8/10. Some designs are slightly bigger which fits UK size 10/12 and some are a bit smaller which fits UK size 6/8 too. We will state this in each product description page. We also provide measurement on the photo to give you a better idea of the sizing. Please do not hesitate to get in touch for more information if you are not very sure. We are here to assist you 24/7.

 

19. Garments care

We strongly recommend our customers handwash our garments in cold water (unless otherwise stated). It protects your delicate garments and protect our environment by reducing the energy consumption.
